For individuals, we will display the individual name and address. This is consistent with Seller Profile pages across Amazon stores in Europe, Japan, and Mexico.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Okay, so what\u2019s the fuss about?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before we dive deep and discuss more about this Amazon change, let\u2019s discuss the current situation first.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019ve been inside the Amazon platform before, you may have noticed that there\u2019s an option to check out a Store by clicking <\/span><b>\u201cSold by [Store Name]\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which is found below the \u201cBuy Now\u201d button.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And once you click, you get inside what Amazon calls the \u201cSeller Profile Page\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is where you get to learn more about the store &#8211; feedback, policies, returns, refunds, and more but with NO PERSONAL INFORMATION reflected.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And this is what\u2019s bound to change in the coming months because of Amazon\u2019s new announcement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What this means is that your NAME and PERSONAL ADDRESS &#8211; the one you used to register on Amazon will now be displayed publicly starting September 1, 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently, every seller has an option whether he likes to disclose these personal information or not.
